Rocky High Tour

Your spirits can’t be lifted higher when you’re standing on top of the world.
This tour is the premier sightseeing tour for anyone wishing to view the absolute unspoiled splendor of the Rocky Mountains. The tour winds through rolling foothills on its way to the historic OH and Buffalo Head Ranches along the scenic Highwood River.
You will follow the river into the mountains to view the spectacular scenery of the Misty Range and the eastern slopes of the Continental Divide of the Rocky Mountains. Your tour will take you up to the tree line at Highwood Pass (Elev. 2206m.,7,238 ft.), the highest pass in Canada.
More panoramic scenery awaits you as we visit Upper Kananaskis Lake and take our lunch break at the Boundary Ranch. From here you will be able to see the slopes of Nakiska Ski Resort, site of the alpine skiing events for the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics.
The tour concludes with a trip down the Bow River valley as we return to Calgary.
